Kennedy Space Centre

We were thrilled with the Kennedy Space Center. We arrived at the Visitor Complex and boarded one of many busses, that take you around area. Our first stop was Launch Complex 39, allowing a view of the launch pads, including the one that may be used later this year. We could also see the Vehicle Assembly Building and the crawlerway, that moves the shuttle from the VAB to the launch pad.

Our second stop was at the Apollo/Saturn V Center. There was so much to look at, in every direction, that we spent a lot of time wandering around. This center is such a good historical item that all children should see it. We watched a re-creation of an Apollo launch and a re-creation of the moon landing!
